Natureland Loyalty Points Programme Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Natureland Loyalty Points Programme (“Programme”). By creating a Natureland App account and participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions
Natureland reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, suspend, modify, limit, replace, or terminate the Programme, including its points structure, rewards, benefits, promotions, and these Terms and Conditions. Participation is voluntary, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Loyalty points are promotional reward units only. They have no cash value and are not legal tender, electronic money, stored value, property, or currency, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Natureland may discontinue the Natureland App and/or the Programme at any time. Upon such discontinuation, accounts may be closed and any points may, at Natureland’s discretion, be migrated, converted, cancelled, or forfeited, with or without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Open to individuals who register for a Natureland App account. One account per participant, for personal use by the registered account holder only. Natureland may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, and may require identity verification for certain benefits.
Participants must keep account information accurate and up to date, safeguard their account credentials, and notify Natureland immediately of any unauthorized access. Natureland is not liable for loss of points, rewards, or account access arising from unauthorized use or a participant’s failure to safeguard credentials.
3. Earning Points
Points may be earned through eligible purchases, services, promotions, referrals, or other activities designated by Natureland from time to time, subject to applicable earning rates, minimum spend requirements, and exclusions. Points are only credited on completed, fully paid transactions to the account associated with that transaction, and are not earned on cancelled or refunded transactions, voucher or membership-top-up purchases, complimentary services, or amounts settled with points/vouchers/credits (unless a promotion states otherwise). Natureland may review, withhold, reverse, or cancel points credited in error.
4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards, discounts, products, services, vouchers, or other benefits made available by Natureland, subject to availability. Natureland may modify redemption rates, substitute or withdraw rewards, limit redemption quantities, or impose redemption conditions at any time. Redeemed points cannot be exchanged, refunded, or reinstated unless Natureland determines otherwise. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Points Validity, Expiry & Adjustments
Points remain valid for the period determined by Natureland and communicated via the Natureland App or other official channels. Expired points are automatically forfeited without compensation and cannot be reinstated, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged. Natureland’s decision on any points adjustment is final.
6. Account Inactivity
Natureland may close accounts inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months (no eligible earning or redemption transaction). Points remaining in an inactive account may be forfeited upon closure.
7. Privacy
By participating, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal data in accordance with Natureland’s PDPC Policy (natureland.com.sg/pdpc-policy).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
